Delete Your MindVault Account
We value your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so directly from the mobile application.
Follow these steps in the app:
Open Settings
Launch the MindVault app and tap the gear icon settings located in the bottom navigation bar.
Navigate to Account
Scroll down to the "General" section and select the Account & Security option.
Initiate Deletion
Scroll to the very bottom of the screen. Tap the red button labeled Delete Account.
Confirm Action
You will be asked to type "DELETE" to confirm. This ensures you don't accidentally wipe your vault.
Important Warning
Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All your documents, passwords, and secure notes will be immediately wiped from our encrypted servers.
Because MindVault utilizes a zero-knowledge architecture, we do not possess a "master key" to restore your data. Once you confirm deletion, your information is gone forever.
