By downloading, installing, or using MindVault ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ZasyaOnline Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MindVault. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
MindVault is not intended for use by children without appropriate supervision.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
All documents, images, and content you upload or store in MindVault remain your property. We do not claim ownership over your content.
MindVault is designed with a privacy-first architecture. Your documents are encrypted, and we do not access or view your content in the ordinary course of providing the service.
Certain optional features (such as encrypted cloud backup or email forwarding) involve limited server-side processing strictly to deliver the functionality you explicitly enable. We do not use your content for advertising, profiling, or training public AI models.
MindVault performs most document processing on your device. Some features may involve secure server-side processing when required to deliver functionality you explicitly enable.

MindVault includes AI-assisted features to help organize documents and extract information.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying all information before acting on it.
We are not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may change with advance notice.
Your data remains accessible even if a subscription ends.
MindVault uses trusted third-party service providers for cloud infrastructure, secure email delivery, and payment processing. These providers process data only on our instructions and are required to protect your data.
All intellectual property related to the App (excluding your content) is owned by ZasyaOnline Private Limited and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZasyaOnline Private Limited from claims arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through App Settings. Server-side data associated with your account is deleted within 30 days. Data stored locally on your device remains under your control.
We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, for misuse, or for security reasons.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@zasyaonline.com and attempt informal resolution.
Disputes may be resolved by arbitration in Chennai, India, under applicable law. Nothing in this section limits rights under consumer protection laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction.
You represent that you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction and are not prohibited from using encryption technologies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or email.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and ZasyaOnline Private Limited.
